Fashion Series: SewLiberated’s School House Tunic – meets twice: We love this tunic – we’re talking big hearts!  Join us for a step-by-step how-to from reading the pattern, selecting your size, cutting out fabric, and putting it all together.  Prior to finishing we’ll fit our tunics so we can make any adjustments.  Our newest adjustment is to add a side zipper which if you are feeling particularly advanced in the second session, you should try, too! Once you’ve made this tunic you’ll be ready to tackle pretty much any pattern. 

Limited to 4 students (17 yrs of age or older)

Level:  Not a beginner.  You know how to thread a machine, sew a straight line and wind a bobbin.  Perhaps you’ve made a tote bag and the handles are still attached.

We provide:  The studio space, brown paper templates, tools and expertise.

You bring:  A copy of the pattern, fabric you love as well as coordinating thread!  We offer 15% off materials purchased for any of our classes.


Class length: 3 hours each session for a total of 6 hours (meets on June 16th and June 23rd)
