Thank you crafty geniuses

Not to imply that I haven't had a pretty nifty life so far (hello, The Social Network costume credit!) BUT this weekend was probably the best weekend ever. Seriously. We thought it would be awesome if fifty people came by on Saturday and by 10:30 am there were fifty of you knitting, stitching, shopping and chatting. And it was like that all day long. If I had gotten more than four hours of sleep I might have had the energy to hug each and every one of you (perhaps it is better that I didn't!).<PREVIEWEND>

(Saturday morning)

(noah, virginia and mike)

Here are some pics from the shop in all its glory. Thank you all so very much for coming and visiting us. Thanks for the emails and the shout-outs on the interwebs. And most of all, thank you for believing that a stitch lounge is exactly what Cambridge needs. We think so and we sure are glad you do, too.

(the swift was handy!)

(yes, that's a guy asleep on the couch! we don't know him)
If you haven't stopped in, we can't wait to meet you. If you are interested in classes online registration will be ready to go on Thursday (we thought Wednesday but that is beginning to be a bit of a pipe dream). If you have issues with online registration you can always register in person or over the phone, we'd be happy to help. We're so glad to be here and we can't wait to make things with you. For other ways to stay in touch, join our Ravelry group and post your crafty goodness on our new flickr pool. And one last gush, you've made our crafty dreams come true!

(check out that awesome pale green shawl on the left)

(2 a.m. Saturday morning - we've had a lot more sleep since then)
